Sütaş Karacabey Biogas Plant Expansion Project

The expansion of the existing Sütaş Karacabey Biogas Plant from a capacity of 3.2 MW to 6.4 MW has been successfully completed by us. The capacity increase was achieved with two new digesters that have a higher volume than the existing ones.

In the new digesters, unlike the old ones, long-lasting and energy-efficient solutions have been implemented using Hochreiter's patented paddle Tsunami mixers. Additionally, this project employed the patented solid waste feeding unit Fuada-Sepp, enabling direct feeding of plant wastes into the digesters.

With this project, the wastes of the Sütaş Karacabey Factory have been converted into electrical energy, and it has also contributed to meeting the factory's heating needs.
