About the project
Seleda Biogas Plant, established in the Babaeski district of Kırklareli, is equipped with feeding systems that allow for the intake of various types of waste. This enables the effective utilization of organic wastes found in the region.
In addition to producing electricity and heat from organic waste, the facility also includes compost and fertilizer enrichment units. The waste heat from cogeneration engines is used not only for heating the biogas plant but also in the compost, fertilizer, and treatment facilities.
Hochreiter Biyogaz A.Ş. has undertaken the turnkey construction of the biogas plant and the construction coordination of the compost and treatment facilities for this project.
